- добавлены python-dotenv (без него падал settings.py) и whitenoise; - убраны неиспользуемые python-telegram-bot, vk-api, django-recaptcha, python-slugify; - версии закреплены по рабочему окружению продакшена; - requirements-dev.txt (pytest, pytest-django, ruff) и настройки ruff/pytest в pyproject.toml.
