lab-2: PostgreSQL закреплён на 16-alpine

Образ postgres:alpine без версии теперь означает PostgreSQL 18, который отказывается
стартовать с томом в /var/lib/postgresql/data — варианты local и web_pg не поднимались.
Вариант caddy уже использовал 16-alpine.
