Своя ReadWrite вместо вузовской библиотеки RSREU.IO

Проект ссылался на RSREU.IO.dll, которой нет в репозитории, поэтому не собирался ни у
кого, кроме автора. ReadWrite::Load/Save реализованы на BinaryFormatter (тот же формат
файла applis.dat), ссылка на библиотеку из проекта убрана.
